We manufacture products according to customer’s requirements , if products are not conformed to the requirements ,
customer can return goods to us , we will remanufacture accordingly .
We provide customers free training in our factory.The accommodation charge should be borne by customers.

IV. Return Policy
Any material to be serviced or returned to Kangyuan,the following procedures should be followed:
Step 1: Obtain return authorization: Contact the International Service Department and obtain a
(RRF) Return Required Form.
Step 2: Fill in the RRF with the information like the model number,serial number,and a brief description
of the reason for return etc.
Step 3: Get (RAN) Return Authorization Number.The RAN number must appear on the outside of
shipping packing. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RAN number is not clearly visible.
V. Freight policy
1. Within Warranty:The customer should be borne freight & insurance charges when the equipment
is shipped to Kangyuan for service (this includes custom charges). Kangyuan should be borne the
freight & insurance charges from Kangyuan to the customer.
2. After Warranty:The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.
